How quickly can I expect to be seen?
Once we receive a completed referral, our team works to schedule an intake visit within 48 hours. We also provide same-day documentation and orders whenever possible.

Do you work with hospice or home health agencies?
Yes. We frequently collaborate with hospice and home health teams to ensure continuity of care and reduce hospitalizations. We also provide documentation and communication to primary care providers, specialists, and care facilities.
