Who do you serve?

We currently serve Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties in Washington State.

 

We serve individuals residing in:

  • Private homes

  • Adult family homes

  • Assisted living facilities

  • Skilled nursing facilities

  • Rehabilitation and post-acute care centers

What types of wounds do you treat?

We specialize in complex and chronic wounds, including:

  • Diabetic foot ulcers

  • Pressure injuries

  • Vascular ulcers

  • Surgical and traumatic wounds

  • Thermal injuries (burns)

  • Atypical wounds

We also manage wound-related complications such as infections, drainage, and slow healing.

How quickly can I expect to be seen?

Once we receive a completed referral, our team works to schedule an intake visit within 48 hours. We also provide same-day documentation and orders whenever possible.

Do you work with hospice or home health agencies?

Yes. We frequently collaborate with hospice and home health teams to ensure continuity of care and reduce hospitalizations. We also provide documentation and communication to primary care providers, specialists, and care facilities.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We currently accept the following:

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

  • Aetna

  • Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Healthcare

Do you provide ostomy support?

Yes. We offer both preoperative education and postoperative care, including:

  • Site-marking

  • Leakage troubleshooting

  • Fitting for hernia belts

  • Supply recommendations

  • Peristomal skin care

  • Lifestyle and nutrition support

We also connect patients with mentors and support groups when desired.
