"We would still be so stressed out and utterly confused and frustrated if it had not been for Alexxia's help. We left our last local ostomy appointment with the parting words of "I think you'll always have this problem" (as she had no idea how to help us). Alexxia has proven over and over again that she is here to help. If one suggestion didn't work, she had us try another and then another. She knew there was an answer and was determined to find it. She took charge and contacted different resources and ordered specific items. She offered valuable suggestions and a calming reassurance... Alexxia has provided that security for us, knowing we have someone to call on for questions and support"
